Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Vehicle information

We aim to keep each listing accurate, including price, year, mileage and specifications. Details can change and errors can occur, so please confirm the details of any vehicle with us before you travel or pay.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Kenya shillings (KSh). A listing is an invitation to enquire and not a binding offer. A vehicle marked Available can be sold or reserved before you contact us. Reserved and Sold vehicles are not available for purchase.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through the website, WhatsApp, phone or email does not reserve a vehicle or create a sale. Any sale is agreed directly with Rafix Motors.

Photos and content

The text, images and logo on this website belong to Rafix Motors or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written consent.

Liability

We take care with the information on this website but do not guarantee that it is complete or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that results from relying on it without confirming the details with us.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
